Lost & Found.
& boys hoodies, sweaters and jackets, T shirts, pants, shirts, shoes,
lunch bags and school books. We will bag up the lost and found items
at the end of the school year to send out to charity. The Lost & Found is currrently located in the basement of the school
in the room beside the Umbrella Family Child Care. If you don’t find
it there, do check the stage, there is an incoming box that fills up
then I take it downstairs. Thanks, Michelle

MIDDLE SCHOOL YEARBOOKS $20
The yearbook is finished and ready for purchase.
This year we are operating with a print-on-demand company so we don’t end up with extra copies (on that note, last year’s yearbook will be available at the liquidation cost of $5 dollars for anyone who missed out). This means that the sooner you bring your money in, the sooner you will have a copy of the yearbook. The turn-around time is approx. 10 days, but if we get enough orders by Friday I will pay the up-charge to RUSH the order. I will place the first order on Friday, then place an order twice a week for the remaining weeks of school: Wednesday and Friday.
Please be aware that this year the students have created a DVD yearbook companion that is packaged with the book. The book includes composites of each class, along with both the class photos and grad photos of the grade 8 students. The book also includes all of the team and club photos.
The DVD includes slideshows from all of the major events of the year (Terry Fox Run, Dances, St. Donat, Wanakita etc.) along with slideshows of each class: both school photos and candid shots taken throughout the year. The DVD also includes a video recording of the school play, and the Grad slideshows you will want to own after seeing them at this year’s Grade 8 Graduation.
It’s a great package. The kids worked incredibly hard on this marked change from the yearbook status quo.
A softcover book and DVD package costs $20
Anyone wishing to purchase the DVD on it’s own, the cost is $5.
We are still sorting out a Hardcover option and should know more by Friday. This option will probably cost around $40. This premium option may be of interest to Grade 8 families, so I’m chasing it down. If you don’t think this option is of interest please don’t wait to place your order.
