Overview
The Student Senate consists of the Student Council Presidents from each Secondary School in the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board and the Student Trustee. Once a month the Council meets to discuss issues from the Board and concerns from the schools.

Student Trustee
The main role of the student trustee is the represent the interests of the students in the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board. The student trustee attends all Board meetings and Committee of the Whole meetings, speaking on behalf of the students.
The Student Trustee meets with the Hamilton Wentworth Presidents' Council once a month to seek advice on Board issues and to inform the Council about any issues raised at the board. Click here to view the student trustee page.
